Breast inserts. This is your guide

Bra inserts are made of plastic shell (most of them) and filled with silicone. The process is similar to breast implants used in breast augmentation surgeries but breast inserts are used externally and underneath your bra.

Many women have chose this to enhance their breasts beacause of its comfortability and cost.

There are different variations in bra inserts, althiugh we can talk about three main ones:

Adhesive bra cups: This is a special bra, invisible, so it gives women the chance of wearing strapless garments. This is specially designed for underdeveloped breasted women, adding extra inches and giving the impression of beautiful breasts.

Push Up bra inserts: These are the most common breast inserts. They  are put in the base of the breasts, lifting them up  to give perkiness. Many middle breasted women have prefered these inserts.

Full cups inserts: This insert covers the whole breasts adding one or two cups in size. These are put inside the breasts. They are usually transparent, so nobody can notice the use of them.

So, choose one of these breasts inserts. They look very realistic and  natural. Your breasts will be worthy to praise and you will feel much, much better, increasing your self esteem when everyone turn the head to look at you.

Choose the one according to your body anatomy and try to pick out clothes that give you the opportunity to show off your breasts, such as t-shirts, dresses or tight blouses.
